It's a failed shot from Westminster Bridge, but I like the effect and haven't deleted it! Before publishing, I just thought to try a post processing yesterday to check who can guess what it is! When I saw the answers are very near to the correct one, I got surprised! I appreciate all feedbacks, thank you my friends and Jen, You are genius! How could you guess the exact answer?!
